This verification of the truth of my memoir is divided into seven Parts.

Part One is a list of the major events/turning points regarding the Lisa through-line, and my proofs that they happened as I allege.

Part Two is my proofs that in the other through-lines I tell the truth as well. This section is sub-divided by subject matter:

• My demented editor/former literary agent.
• The Zero movie deal.
• The Cosmic Banditos movie deal. (These two include my relationship with Steven, my Hollywood attorney.)
• Logan the Nutcase and Ron the ex-mercenary. The whole hit man fiasco.
• The Max Dalton Murder Investigation. How did Max die and why.
• World affairs. For me, this is an important link. One of my hopes is that my book may get you to look at the state of the world in a new way (the Orwell-as-optimist view).

There will be some overlapping and redundancies in the above sections and sub-sections. For example, in my Lisa through-line proofs, there are also proofs regarding the other through-lines, as Lisa herself in various ways indirectly confirms many of the events depicted in other through-lines.

Part Three. Here I offer for your listening enjoyment the Holiday Inn tape, along with one of Lisa’s many written explanations on how it got “screwed up.” On a certain level Part Three is all you should need to verify that the Lisa-through-line is true and accurate as written. You can then better judge whether I do in fact suffer from the Othello Syndrome (or Complex), or if Lisa is a sociopath, i.e., if she has a hole where the soul would normally be.

Part Four. This is my letter to Lisa’s brother Marc, plus Lisa’s reply. As I suspect any attorney will tell her, Lisa’s in-writing reply to my detailed account of our relationship (up until the late summer of 2004) virtually cancels any hope she might have had in winning a lawsuit against me: Lisa’s reply reflects not only a transparent contempt for truth, but her utter contempt for other people’s intelligence, which itself is a reflection of the world view of Public Relations (perception as truth), her former vocation. (My observations how the U.S. government – administrations past and present (of both political parties) – use “perception management” to mask their crimes and deceptions are to be found in the Cut Chapters and Passages section (defined below) and the World Affairs sub-section.)
Although Part Four is instructive in several ways – the workings of the mind of a sociopath (and of the institution of Public Relations), for example – it’s abysmally long (40,000 plus words) and redundant. I’ve mainly archived it here to put it on the record. Since I extensively quote it in Part One here, I urge you to skip this section and concentrate on Part One.

Part Five. The Cut Chapters and Passages section. The book was originally 80,000 words longer than it’s final, edited form (I did the major cutting myself). I’ve included the cut stuff (and consider it a part of this Note on Veracity) because most of the material is further proof that the events described in my book are true as written.

The cut Lisa-chapters and passages are especially revealing: not only regarding Lisa’s treachery, but my own state of denial.

Part Six. This is the Photos section, which as of this writing is not yet completed. (I consider the photos as part of my proof that I’ve told the truth, since they visually demonstrate that which I’ve described.) I’ve posted most of the photos but have not properly organized them or written the captions. Again, my apologies.

Part Seven. Odds and ends. This section includes updates on my life, plus what I know of Lisa’s, and some cut stuff from the book that doesn’t fit into the sub-sections of Part Five.
